We know timing is important — especially for weddings — so we keep everything clear and stress-free.
Production Time
All of our neon signs are made to order, including pre-designed styles. Production typically takes 10–14 working days once your order is confirmed or your design is approved.
Rush production available — contact us before ordering
Shipping Time
Once complete, your sign is shipped via tracked courier. Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days.
Full tracking details provided as soon as dispatched
Wedding Date Priority
If your sign is for a wedding or event, simply let us know your date when ordering. We always schedule production and dispatch to ensure your sign arrives with plenty of time to spare.

Free UK Delivery
Delivery is completely free on all orders — no minimum spend. This includes both purchases and hire bookings.
We deliver across the entire UK using reliable tracked couriers
What's Included
Your sign will arrive safely packaged with everything you need:
- •Protective packaging with padding and corner protection
- •UK plug and power supply
- •Dimmer remote
- •Mounting hardware or hanging chain (depending on style)
- •Simple setup instructions
Hire Delivery & Collection
Delivery and collection are included free of charge with all hire bookings.
Hire signs are:
- •Delivered 3 working days before your event
- •Collected 2 working days after
- •Sent with full instructions and support
Please keep the original packaging for collection.
Delivering Directly to Your Venue
We're happy to deliver directly to your venue if preferred.
Just provide:
- •Venue name and address
- •Contact person
- •Preferred delivery date
- •Any access instructions
