We want you to feel confident ordering from us, so we've kept our policy clear and fair while reflecting the made-to-order nature of our products.

We stand behind the quality of our signs and will always work with you to resolve any issues quickly and fairly.

Custom-Made Products

All of our neon signs are made to order, including pre-designed styles and personalised signs.

Because of this, they are exempt from the standard right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once production has begun.

Once you have approved your design and production has started, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds unless there is a defect or an error on our part.

Before Production Starts

You may cancel your order for a full refund if:

  • You have not approved your design mockup
  • Production has not yet begun
  • You contact us within 24 hours of placing your order

If you're unsure whether production has started, just contact us and we'll confirm.

Manufacturing Defects

If your sign arrives with a defect, we'll resolve this quickly.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos showing the issue.

We will arrange collection and either repair or replace your sign at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Examples of defects include:

  • Faulty LEDs
  • Cracked or damaged acrylic
  • Power supply faults
  • Workmanship issues

Errors Made By Us

If we have made a mistake such as incorrect wording, colour or design, we will remake your sign at no extra cost.

We can prioritise production if your wedding date is approaching.

If you would prefer, a full refund can be provided instead.

Please note: we cannot accept responsibility for errors that were present in the design you approved.

Damage in Transit

If your sign arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and product.

We will arrange a replacement or repair. All deliveries are fully insured and securely packaged.

2-Year Warranty

All purchased signs include a 2-year warranty covering:

  • LED component failures
  • Power supply faults
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Workmanship issues

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, modifications, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

Hire Returns

For hire bookings:

  • Signs must be returned in the original packaging
  • Collection will take place on the agreed date
  • Deductions may be made only for damage beyond normal use
  • If any damage is identified, we will provide photos
