Agreement to Terms

By purchasing or hiring a custom neon sign from Say It Bright, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Orders & Design Approval

All custom neon signs require design approval before production:

  • We will send you a digital mockup of your sign for approval
  • You have up to 3 rounds of revisions included in the price
  • Production begins only after you've approved the final design
  • Changes requested after approval may incur additional costs and delays
  • Please check spelling, punctuation, and layout carefully before approving

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT:

  • Payment is required in full at time of order
  • We accept all major credit and debit cards
  • Hire deposits are refundable subject to condition checks
  • Delivery costs are additional unless stated otherwise

Production & Delivery

Our standard production and delivery times are:

  • 5-7 working days for production after design approval
  • Delivery within 2-3 working days via tracked courier
  • Rush orders available for an additional fee (subject to availability)
  • We'll confirm your wedding date to ensure timely delivery
  • Delivery delays beyond our control (courier issues, weather) are not our responsibility

Hire Terms

If you're hiring a neon sign:

  • Hire period is typically 3 days (delivery day, event day, collection day)
  • Free delivery and collection within agreed timeframe
  • You're responsible for the sign's safety during hire period
  • Damage beyond normal wear may result in deductions from deposit
  • Signs must be returned in original packaging

Returns & Refunds

As all signs are custom-made to your specification, we cannot offer refunds once production has started. Please see our Returns & Refunds page for full details including your statutory rights and our warranty policy.

Warranty

All purchased signs come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
